When is it suitable to start a pregnancy yoga class?

Once you in your fourteenth week it is safe to start yoga. Most people like to come up to about 38 weeks, when it can feel too uncomfortable to drive. Some people like to come up to 40 weeks and beyond – as it can really help you when you are at that 'fed-up with waiting ' stage! New students are invited to try a class, and then they can sign up for a course of 5 at a reduced rate. As they approach their due date, they can come on a pay-as-you-go basis.
