Post-Natal Yoga
Mothers and babies are welcome at post-natal Yoga classes.
After your post-natal check up, about 6 weeks after the birth of your baby, you can come to post-natal yoga with your baby.
We focus on strengthening the abdominal and lower back muscles at first and then work with specific issues like tight shoulders ('new mum's carrying disorder'!) with some shoulder stretches, helped along with massages from Lucy.
Babies become part of the class – they can rest on your thighs for
bridge lifts for instance, or stand on your thighs when you are resting with legs up
the wall!
